What is the Puzzle Feeder™?
The Puzzle Feeder™ Wave is a 9.8-inch modular slow feeder dog bowl. Its three detachable parts (the bowl, the "Broken Wave" slowing insert and a spinning bone plate) create 4 feeding modes and can slow eating by up to 15x compared with a regular bowl.

What food can I use?
The Wave bowl works with kibble, wet and raw food. The Licking Mat Insert is made for spreadable foods like yogurt, wet food and xylitol-free peanut butter. The Puzzle Tumbler holds kibble and semi-liquid food like yogurt or smoothies, and can be frozen.
What are the products made of?
Puzzle Feeder™ bowls are made with plant-based material. The Puzzle Tumbler is made with OBP (ocean-bound plastic). Each product page lists its details.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
The Puzzle Feeder™ Wave bowl and its inserts are top-rack dishwasher safe, and the Puzzle Tumbler has detachable, dishwasher-safe parts. The fabric Sniffing Mat Insert can be hand washed or machine washed. Check each product page for care instructions.
Can I use the inserts on their own?
No. Slowing, Licking and Sniffing Mat inserts are designed to be used inside the Puzzle Feeder™ bowl. They are not chew toys. Always supervise your dog at mealtime.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders over $40 and Canada orders over $60 CAD.
How long does delivery take?
We ship every order within 48 hours. US orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Canadian orders ship from our Sudbury, Ontario warehouse and usually arrive in 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and email jeremy@thepuzzlefeeder.com right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
